- Shipping: The majority of our products are shipped within three business days. All items are shipped from the United States via USPS or UPS. Large orders or back-ordered items may take up to two weeks to ship. We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. - Return Policy: We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy on most items. We will, at your request, either exchange the item for a different size or return your purchase price in full. There is no restocking fee, however, exchanges will incur a small shipping charge to ship the new items to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on face coverings and engraved products, unless the product is defective.
